Spiritual Practice is a way of life!

Many people ask me about meditation and spirituality…

Today let us look at the elements of an effective spiritual practice.
For 21 years I have been a student of Master Choa Kok Sui (MCKS) and I love the simplicity of his teachings. Master Choa Kok Sui is the founder of Modern Pranic Healing & Arhatic Yoga.

The quotes below are from  Master Choa Kok Sui's book The Origin of Modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga pg164
"Many aspirants seek divine bliss, divine ecstasy and divine oneness -however, these are just partial benefits…."

Master Choa says the main purpose of spiritual practice is to accelerate the evolutionary development of the soul so the person can be of greater service to mankind and planet Earth’
What is the purpose of a Spiritual Practice?

"... to produce intelligent, compassionate, good hearted, powerful disciples who will become great divine servants!’
How is this done – what are the main elements?

Master Choa says:
"Through character building, service and living the life of a good person... Spiritual practice is not just meditation it is a way of life!"

This then brings me to another quote of MCKS "Bloom where you are planted” in your life, your job, the experiences of family, community and resources that you find yourself in and as these circumstances change then again ‘bloom where you are planted”!
Remembering another of the teachers sayings: "evolution takes time, process and lots of mistakes"!
