What is the purpose of MCKS Arhatic Yoga?

The word "ARHATIC" is derived from ‘arhat’, describing a highly evolved being.
Arhatic Yoga is an advanced yoga system given by Mahaguruji Mei Ling to Master Choa Kok Sui last century and has its origins in China, India and Tibet and is practiced by many Spiritual Initiates.

Arhatic Yoga is a synthesis and integration of 7 yogas and 7 ‘rays’.
The different yogas are Raja yoga, Karma yoga, Kundalini yoga, Jnana yoga, Bhakti yoga, Mantra yoga and Hatha yoga.

What are the seven rays?
According to ancient teachings, the Creator differentiated Himself into seven types of energies. This manifests as seven types of souls. These seven rays have both a higher and lower aspect and understanding the seven rays gives one the ability to see people as they really are.
