FORGIVENESS - an essential skill and spiritual gift!

Master Choa Kok Sui (MCKS), the founder and author of the Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga system says:
‘For healing to take place, there is a need to forgive others’
Forgiving releases long standing negative emotions/energies and is therefore therapeutic.

This clearing of negative energies is one of the basic principles in a Pranic Healing treatment.
The consequence of clearing heavy, tired, thick, hurtful energy is that it creates a space for lightness, flow and peace to arise again in your life so hope, joy, tenderness and compassion can return.

Pranic Healing is a simple process and gradually your attitude changes towards others, oneself and life in general.
An example is … from criticism to tolerance and acceptance or from resentfulness to understanding and forgiveness.

Author Carolyn Myss says:
We forgive others to release ourselves from the heavy burden of holding grudges and carrying bitterness in our hearts.
It allows us the space to let go of our own past mistakes while helping to cultivate a deeper sense of compassion for ourselves and others.

Jonathan Human (in his short video clip) describes forgiveness as an inherent virtue of being human and a pre-requisite for a healthy society and a central component of every religion and spiritual tradition. When we forgive we liberate ourselves from the bondage of blame and recrimination.

When we forgive the trauma heals and we get to learn our lessons and move on.
‘forgiveness transmutes poison into medicine … not just the wars and battles in the world but also inside ourselves’.

Pranic Healing has many tools and techniques to facilitate the awakening of the virtue and power of Forgiveness in our lives.

We learn from the first MCKS Pranic Healing Course ways to build the forgiveness virtue into our lives and why it is so important .

Our work here at the Pranic Healing and Meditation Centre in Brisbane is based on the teachings of Master Choa Kok Sui.

We have something for everyone who wants to heal, learn and grow.

What is Pranic Healing?

Clients often ask … "But how does this energy healing system work?" or "How can I be healed by you simply cleansing and balancing the chakras?"

Pranic Healing is a energy healing system and in Pranic Healing we learn how we are energy beings in an vast ocean of energy!

When I first learnt Pranic Healing I was a Generalist Nurse and Midwife in a small rural hospital and my medical model brain just couldn’t work this energy healing out.

However, to my surprise, I got results and very good feedback in terms of relief of symptoms, changes in moods and quick healings! All without touching the body or giving any medicines.

Pranic Healing utilizes natural or universal laws that affect us all, whether we are aware of them or not. In the Pranic Healing Course we learn about energy anatomy (aura, chakras & meridians) and how to utilise these laws to healing ourselves, others and live a better life.

Pranic Healing is more than just healing...it is a way of life!

Pranic Healing gives you a set of tools and techniques that enable you to have a better life!

It's great that you take good care of your physical body.
Have you thought about how to look after your energy body?

We all have an energy field around us called the aura and it looks like a luminous ball of light. The aura works like a battery and if the aura is strong and healthy then our body will reflect this.
We will feel more alive!

Any of the disturbances we experience from the external (for example, the weather, bad company, poor diet, disturbing images on our TV) or from the internal (sad or fearful memories, illness, karmic issues) and all the everyday frustrations make this luminous energy field congested, unbalances and full of greyish energy. This, in the long run, manifests as pain, discomfort, and physical and psychological problems.

To remain healthy, happy and in good shape we must take care of our energy body! Just as we take a daily shower to keep the physical body clean the energy body also needs cleansing in order to maintain good health.

Pranic Healing has all the techniques and tools to repair, recharge, restore, refresh and revitalize your energy body so you get to live your best life!

Pranic Healing is simple, easy to learn and practical.

GOAL SETTING is essential for all meditators!

Why is GOAL SETTING so important on the spiritual path?

Regular meditators have access to enormous amounts of spiritual energy.
Harnessing this powerful spiritual energy allows for the manifestations of projects and one's life purpose. That is why it is important to have clear and specific goals.

The downpouring of spiritual energy is like water rushing from a fireman’s hose.
If this hose is without direction and purpose much of this energy will be dissipated randomly and ineffectively. This lack of focus produces a dullness and a dissatisfaction within the spiritual student. They may feel a powerlessness in their own life as if a victim to circumstance.

What is the proper use of spiritual energy?

To fuel your spiritual evolution and fulfil your life purpose
To achieve this, we must have a clear purpose!

You are warmly invited to participate in a powerful one-day GOAL SETTING workshop.

We will also use techniques to facilitate the manifestation of your vision and purpose!
We will LEARN powerful Pranic Healing Techniques and Processes
EXPERIENCE Insight and Clarity through Meditations
and SEE and DISSOLVE what really keeps us from realising our dreams.

WE ARE ALL ONE - THERE IS ONLY ONE.

I have always loved Master Choa Kok Sui's  prayer
‘I AM THAT I AM’
When I say, hear or read this prayer I have an all-consuming visceral response - an infusion of love & peace & joy!

WE ARE ALL ONE -THERE IS ONLY ONE.

All light is from the same source!
In its many manifestations:
Direct, deflected, dispersed sunlight
Stored, trapped, transmuted or reflected sunlight
It takes many forms and yet is all from the sun!

All water is from the same source!
Rain, hail, ocean, river, snow, ice, mud,
Shower, washing, steam, fog, drinking water
Bath water, water stored in dams, tanks, buckets & bowls, aquafer and artesian water.
All water & all from the same source!

The Soul is also from the one source!
The incarnated soul is present in each of us and has as many manifestations and varieties as water and light.
Yet we are all from the same source
We are all one
There is only one

The prayer
I AM the Soul.
I AM that I AM
I AM not the body.
I AM not the emotions.
I AM not the thoughts.
I AM not the mind.
The mind is only
a subtle instrument of the soul.
I AM the soul

I AM a Spiritual being of Divine Intelligence,
Divine Love, Divine Power.
I AM one with the higher self.
I AM that I AM.

I AM one with the Divine Spark.
I AM a child of God.
I AM connected with God.
I AM one with God.
I AM one with All.

THE QUIET MIND.

A quiet and calm mind  ...it's the dream of every meditator!
This week a client said how when he tries to meditate his mind just will not settle!
Many clients and students have mentioned this phenomena.

I have found this description of the 9 levels of mental stability to be very helpful.
I find it encouraging and comforting on this journey into the inner realms through the act of meditation!

Nine levels of Mental Stability *
1
Settling
The initial wish to focus the mind and desist from distraction.
2
Continuous settling
Sustaining focus and continuing to guard the mind against distraction.
3
Resettling
Here it is easier to focus and recognise distraction.
4
Complete Settling
Continuously returning to the object of focus.
5
Taming
Mastering concentration and experiencing the benefits of a trained mind
6
Pacifying
Clear recognition to the hindrances to meditation.
7
Completely Pacifying
Elimination of the defects of meditation
8
One Pointed
The ability to sustain tranquil focus without distraction.
9
Equipoise
Spontaneous and effortless resting of the mind.
*This summary is from the Shamatha Meditation tradition – this is the Buddhist practice of calming the mind. This is done by practicing single-pointed meditation most commonly through the mindfulness of breathing. Shamatha is common to all Buddhist traditions.

Like all things there is movement in this chart which reminds me to be accepting, hopeful and persistent in my practice.
