What is Arhatic Yoga?

What is Arhatic Yoga®?

Arhatic Yoga® is a comprehensive system of spiritual practices that rapidly and safely can accelerate spiritual evolution and union with the Divine.

The word "ARHATIC" is derived from 'arhat' which describes a highly evolved being. This advanced yoga system given to Master Choa Kok Sui by his teacher by Mahaguruji Mei Ling has its origins in China, India and Tibet. In addition to being an advanced technique practiced by Spiritual Initiates, it also brings together & synthesizes all seven branches of yoga.

Over this 2 day training we learn and experience the essence and powers of these branches of yoga: Raja yoga, Karma yoga, Kundalini yoga, Jnana yoga, Bhakti yoga, Mantra yoga and Hatha yoga.

The first step is the purification of the physical, etheric, astral, and mental bodies. The chakras are then activated in a sequence to safely and effectively awaken and circulate Kundalini energy throughout the body. This ancient technique was practiced by very advanced and evolved yogis. It is the foundation for building the much coveted 'Golden Body'!

What is the purpose of Arhatic Yoga?

Master Chao kok Sui, the founder of modern Pranic Healing says

"The purpose of Arhatic Yoga is to produce intelligent, compassionate, good hearted, powerful spiritual beings."

My personal experience of Arhatic Yoga®

After seeking & searching throughout my adult life and in many traditions for a spiritual path to find peace, joy and help me make sense of this life I had the good fortune to attend MCKS' Arhatic Yoga (Prep Level) in Sydney in 2004.

This training was lead by Master Choa Kok Sui himself and by the end of the weekend my spiritual thirst was finally quenched! I knew that I had been shown a path to grow and evolve, to find peace and purpose in my life. This path was structured, containing techniques for purification, inner reflection, character building and meditations.

I have practiced the techniques of Arhatic Yoga ever since and have progressed onto the higher teachings and levels.

Master Choa Kok Sui’s Arhatic practice is a way to develop the Golden Body allowing one to access and experience higher intuition, deeper teachings and these are supported by the gifts and graces of a purposeful life.

"99% of the understandings and applications of these tools and techniques are discovered by the students when they practice Arhatic Yoga."(MCKS)

What does MCKS’ Arhatic Yoga© offer?

Arhatic Yoga (Prep Level) introduces you to:

  • Four unique meditations. Two of these meditations are taught in the Pranic Healing courses (Twin Hearts & Meditation on the Soul) plus another to cleanse one's chakras and energy body. Another meditation is to awaken your Kundalini energy. These meditations systematically balance and expand your chakras, allowing you to build your sensitivity and capacity to perceive and contain the subtle vibrations of the Divine.
  • Three breathing techniques are presented to help build the energy body and increase the circulation of energy within the physical, etheric, emotional & mental bodies.
  • A powerful cleansing & purifying technique is also given to displace fear, anxiety, anger, frustration and all forms of suffering from the subtle bodies and replace them with the virtues of generosity, loving-kindness, compassion, one-pointedness, honesty & discernment.
